Privacy policy for the InternetShop of Hans Reinke Handelsgesellschaft mbh.
We only create shop access on your request/order.
Open registration in our shop is not possible.
We use your master data stored in our system (SAP B1 - software for merchandise management and financial accounting).
The Hans Reinke Internet-Shop is only used to transfer an order.
Invoicing, shipping and payment, according to your
payment conditions are still made via our SAP system.
Payment conditions, account data or other security-relevant data
are not stored in the shop.
User account
This includes an overview of yourtransacted orders and active ordering processes.
If you are a registered Customer wishing to quit the online shop please use "Logout" in your user account. We assume no liability for password missuse.

Transfer of your shop order to Hans Reinke Handelsgesellschaft via interface, directly to SAP B1.

Invoice address with city, street, postcode and country
Delivery addresses are administered and entered by you in the Internet shop.
To improve our offer, we evaluate Webserver logfiles from our Internet Providers Hosteurope and that don't allow us to draw any conclusions about you personally.
The following data is processed :
Number of monthly accesses to the Internet shop
Analysis of shop statistics.
Total monthly turnoveris processed and evaluated without customer reference.
How is your data transferred?
SSL encryption (HTTPS protocol)
To best protect your transmitted data we use SSL encryption. You can recognise encrypted connections by the prefix "https://" in the page link in the address line of your browser.
All data that you send to our Internet shop - e.g. for inquiries or logins - cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.
Keep in mind toothat data transfer on the Internet can always be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

The data/files of the Internet shop are located at the provider Hosteurope in the data centres in Cologne/Germany and/or Strasbourg/France.
Daily backups of the database are created.

Further processing of your data
The processing of your personal data includes storing, modifying, transmitting, blocking and deleting this data. We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, Only the transport companies commissioned with the delivery, are excluded from this as far as is necessary for the delivery of the goods.

According to the legal storage periods for Business documents.
Information/deletion/blocking/correction of your data
You have the right, at any time and free of charge, to request information regarding the data stored about your person, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of data processing and to have your stored data deleted, blocked or corrected. No credit check takes place during transmission and execution of an Internet shop order.
Shop-Newsletter
As a shop customer you are not automatically registered for the newsletter.
Under "Your account" / "Newsletter subscribe or unsubscribe "
you can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter. You must confirm your registration once again in the e-mail sent to you. You can unsubscribe in your account, or via link (without registration in the shop) within the newsletter.

There areno shop or product rating via third-party providers.

Oure shop website uses cookies.
The name of the cookie is XTCsid ( Session-ID)
Using a Session-ID , the shop system assigns a session to the buyer, so that, for example, login status and shopping cart content are retained during their actions.
